Logging into your Shop Account

Club Member or Club Officer

Access to the Surf Shop is via the Members Portal, https://members.sls.com.au  Once you log in on the tabs across the top of the screen select membership and then members store.   Your credentials are determined when you log into the Members Portal and these will show that you are either an active Club Member (1 x Red Bar – payment by credit card) or a Club Officer (2 x Blue Bars to select from – Club orders will be invoiced).

Member of the Public

Access to the Surf Shop is via https://shop.sls.com.au  This will take you to the landing page and the you scroll down to select the tiles to purchase items.  All orders are paid for via credit card and payment must be accepted prior to shipment. 

Club Officer Login

All Club Officer Member’s need to be listed in Surfguard under Club’s Organisational Management as an Officer for the Club and have an end date in the futre.  Please follow instructions below on how to gain access for the shop. 

Payment of Account - Club Officer Purchases

If you accessed the store via the Club Officer Bar in the Members Portal and are purchasing goods on behalf of your Club, then SLSA will invoice directly to the Club email address.

Payment of Account - Club Member Purchases

If you accessed the store via the standard Club Member Bar in the Members Portal and are purchasing goods for yourself then you will need to pay by credit card at the time of purchase. 

Billing Address for Club

SLSA shop retrieves this information from Surf Guard Database and is normally the PO Box address listed.  It is the Club's responsibility to keep this information up to date.

Patrol Uniform Credit

Patrol Uniform Credit is an Annual Allocation for Surf Rescue Polo Shirts, Surf Rescue Boardshorts, Surf Rescue Hats and Caps for Club’s throughout Australia.  Western Australia Club’s are sent their allocation direct from the State Office due to extra sponsorship.  The report is run by SLSA every August and then forwarded to Club’s by email.  Once the Club has received the email, they can purchase uniforms by signing into the Members Portal as a Club Officer.  Club Member’s cannot purchase the patrol uniforms for themselves. 

 Once your order has been processed, the patrol uniform subsidy will be applied to items that can be claimed by SLSA and a copy of the invoice sent to your Club's email address.  Western Australia Club's need to contact their State Office regarding the allocation.  

Refunds and Returns

Goods returned within 14 days will be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note issued, provided that the goods returned are in their original condition and packaging, and supported by the original delivery docket.

If you need to send an order back to the warehouse, please email the shop at tvombruch@slsa.asn.au and advise order number and reason for return.

Where is my Order

SLSA ships orders using Australia Post.  MOST orders will be shipped within 1-5 working days (excepting Christmas, Easter periods and other periods of high demand). SLSA deliveries are only shipped Monday to Friday from our warehouse.  WA can take a little longer, normally around 7-10 working days.  A Third-Party Item that is ordered through our store will take between 14-21 working days (ie First Aid Kits, Signs and Audio Products). 

All THIRD PARTY ITEMS ordered cannot be delivered to a PO Box and need an actual street address.

The delivery times provided by SLSA are estimates only. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address.  SLSA cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Acceptance of the Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 14 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.  We will replace faulty items and the customer will only be charged the 1 freight line cost for the initial order if goods are deemed faulty.
